LCE #22


Sultanas and grape halves on skewers (a huge hit!), pea and carrot flower in a circle of rice, marinated tofu squares. The peas and rice were easy to do, I just took a large cookie cutter and filled it up with the peas then packed rice around the outside. Remove the cookie cutter and voila! It was very well received.
